Straight through traffic lights onto Crookilley Way and approach large roundabout. Onto roundabout and take fifth exit heading for Manchester A626(Tiviot Way)....

At the top of the hill (Tiviot Way) take third exit at the roundabout - Manchester Rd.
Go through first set of Traffic Lights at "T" junction.
Turn right at next set of traffic lights (cross roads) into Broadstone Rd B5169
After approx 0.7 mile the road bends to the right and Houldsworth St is the next left before the Texaco garage.
The road surface changes and there is a 20 mph limit near the park.. the entrance is next left.
